Entry C05462 in KEGG (chenodeoxyglycocholate):

lacks most stereochemical detail. However, the name "cholate" clearly indicates the configurations of the unmarked stereocenters which are the standard ones for steroid skeletons (see also the steroid nomenclature). In addition, the "chenodeoxyglycocholate" is clearly a synonym for "glycochenodeoxycholate" (entry C05466 in KEGG which does have stereochemistry).

Entry MC004582 in BioMeta has now full stereochemical detail:

Note that entries MC004582 and MC004586 now refer to the same molecule.
