Entry C04719 in KEGG (1-hydroxy-2-(β-D-glucosyloxy)-9,10-anthraquinone):
contains a galactosyl(!) group which moreover is attached to the alizarin moiety using the wrong oxygen (3-oxygen) atom. However, the name indicates a normal glucoside attached through the 2-oxygen atom. This is confirmed by the glucosylation reaction R03573 in KEGG which is intended to be a straightforward glucosylation, not a galactosylation.
Entry MC004039 in BioMeta has now the correct structure and stereochemistry:
