Entry C02786 in KEGG (2-lysophosphatidate):
contains hexavalent phosphorus which was picked up by the validation program as a valence violation. According to the nomenclature the structure should contain only one glycerol group attached to the phosphate (and, of course, there should be only five bonds to phosphorus).
Entry MC002452 in BioMeta has now the correct structure, also provided with stereochemical detail:
Note that this structure is identical to the one in KEGG entry C00681, so this entry actually seems to be superfluous.
