Entry C05696 in KEGG (3'-Phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphoselenate):
contains an adenine group which is attached to the ribose using the wrong nitrogen atom. As this nitrogen atoms now has four bonds, the validation program signals a valence violation. Reaction R04928 in KEGG (a straightforward phosphorylation) confirms that a normal arrangement is intended.
Entry MC004764 in BioMeta has now the correct structure and stereochemistry:
For sake of consistency, the selenate group is drawn in the neutral form (see again reaction R04928 in KEGG).
