The CMBI offers one service free of cost: the Cambridge Structure Database. However, our agreement with the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Center (CCDC) imposes some restrictions to this service:

• It is only available to non-NL and non-UK academics from Europe. Excluded are: commercial companies, academic institutions from outside Europe, academic institutions from the United Kingdom, and academic institutions from the Netherlands.
• The usage is limited to five CPU minutes per month. If you intend to use the CSD more heavily, you should contact the CCDC directly.

Note:
The CSD software (ConQuest) requires X11 communication with the user's display; i.e., on Windows PCs and Macs you need an X Windows emulator.
